What areas do you serve?

We serve Tarrant County and the surrounding DFW areas including Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, and more. A travel fee applies and may vary for locations outside our core 25-mile service radius.

Question 2

How does mobile service work?

Accepted Answer

You book an appointment online, and we come to a safe location for the both of us — your home, office, attorney's office, jobsite, or another mutually agreed meet-up point. No need to travel across town or sit in a waiting room.

Question 3

What ID do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Every client, donor, or signer must present a valid, non-expired, U.S. government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or U.S. passport. No exceptions. Without ID we cannot perform the service and all paid fees are forfeited under our cancellation policy.

Question 4

How quickly do I get DNA test results?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround depends on the test type. Standard paternity tests typically return results in 2–5 business days. Legal tests may take slightly longer due to chain-of-custody processing. Lab turnaround is set by the third-party accredited laboratory, not by us.

Do you offer DOT and Non-DOT drug testing?

Yes. We provide both DOT-compliant and Non-DOT urine drug testing — pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up. We do not currently offer breath alcohol testing (BAT).

Can you notarize documents at my location?

Yes — for GENERAL notary work and Online Notarization (RON). Our mobile notary comes to you (or meets you online) for acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, oaths, general power of attorney, medical power of attorney, healthcare directives / advance directives / living wills (signature notarization only — we do NOT draft these documents), parental travel consent, vehicle title transfers, and bill of sale notarizations. We also handle hospital (bedside), jail / detention-center, and school signings. We do NOT perform mortgage signings or loan signings. Fees follow Texas statutory maximums: $10 per in-person notarial act (Tex. Gov. Code §406.024) and $25 per online (RON) act (Tex. Gov. Code §406.110). The ONLY amount charged upfront at booking is the travel fee — $45 home/office/school, $75 hospital, $150 jail, $0 online. Notarial fees are paid on-site at the appointment via Square (card-present or Square invoice link) before the seal is applied. We do NOT accept cash. What if I need more notarial acts than I originally listed?

No problem — additional acts are added to the on-site Square invoice at the same statutory rate ($10/in-person, $25/online) before the seal is applied. Payment is collected by the agent via Square (card-present or Square invoice link). We do NOT accept cash, and we will NOT notarize until the fee is paid.

What about pets at my location?

Pets must be secured (in a separate room, crate, or outside) BEFORE our agent arrives — no exceptions. This protects both your pet and our agent and keeps the appointment focused. Our agent reserves the right to refuse service if pets are not secured, and standard cancellation/no-show terms will apply.

Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?

Yes. These are our current operating hours: Monday–Friday evenings, 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; and Sunday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. These hours are temporary and subject to change as we expand operations.

What is your cancellation / refund policy?

72+ hours before your appointment: full refund of the service fee AND the travel fee. 72–48 hours before: 50% refund of the service fee (or a one-time reschedule within 30 days), and the travel fee is fully refunded. 48–24 hours before: no refund of any kind, the travel fee is non-refundable, and you get one (1) reschedule within 30 days. Inside 24 hours / same day: ALL service and travel fees are forfeited in full; one reschedule may be granted at our discretion within 30 days. No-show or arriving 15+ minutes late to the meet-up: all fees forfeited, no exceptions, no refunds, no credits. After the service is rendered: all fees are non-refundable, period. Question 11

What does the Enterprise tier include and how do I qualify?

Enterprise is for employers with 50+ employees. Pricing is tiered: $140/employee for 50–99, $124/employee for 100–249, and $105/employee for 250+ (which also includes a named account manager). Every Enterprise engagement includes DOT or Non-DOT urine drug testing at any panel, I-9 Section 2 verification, ink fingerprinting (2 cards per employee), priority scheduling and expedited result routing, and a dedicated point of contact. Site setup starts at $75 one-time and drops $10 for each additional service item you bundle, down to a published minimum of $25. Travel is one flat fee per engagement (not per employee, not per day on a multi-day job) covering up to five consecutive business days within 25 miles of our base.

Can you handle 200+ employees in one week?

Yes, across consecutive days. We currently complete up to 30 employees per on-site day, so a 200-employee job is scheduled across roughly 7 business days with one flat travel fee and one site setup fee for the whole engagement. As we onboard additional certified collectors, daily throughput will increase. We will give you a written schedule before the first visit so HR can plan release windows.

Is the Priority Retainer worth it for my team size?

It usually pays for itself any time you book more than one or two on-site visits a year. The $249/year retainer waives the site setup fee on every visit for twelve months, gives your account next-day scheduling priority over non-retainer accounts, and includes a free re-collection if a sample is rejected by the lab for collector-side reasons.

Do I need to sign the Authorized Representative Agreement before my first I-9 or DOT collection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Federal law requires written employer authorization before we can act as your authorized representative for I-9 Section 2 review or as a DOT collection site on your behalf. Sign it online once at /forms/authorized-representative — it takes about 3 minutes, includes electronic-signature consent under the E-SIGN Act and Texas UETA, and stays on file until you revoke it in writing.

Question 15

Do you offer breath alcohol testing (BAT)?

No. We do not currently offer breath alcohol testing. We offer urine drug screening (DOT and Non-DOT), hair-follicle testing, oral-fluid testing, and EtG alcohol testing through urine or hair.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment depends on the service. (1) Paid non-notary services (DNA, drug testing, fingerprinting, employer packages): paid IN FULL online through Square when you book — before the appointment. (2) Notary appointments: only the travel fee is collected online at booking; the per-act notarial fee ($10 in-person / $25 online, set by Texas law) is paid to the agent ON-SITE through Square — card-present or a Square invoice link — BEFORE the notary seal is applied. (3) Life insurance consultations: 100% free, no payment due at booking. We do NOT accept cash for any service or fee — every payment goes through Square. Square supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay.

Do you serve employers and businesses?

Yes. We offer Starter (1–10 employees), Professional (11–50 employees), and Enterprise (50+ employees, tiered volume pricing) packages.
