1. Informational purposes only
All content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, immigration, tax, financial, or insurance advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified licensed professional in the relevant field.
2. What we are — and what we are not
PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services is a Texas-based provider of:
- DNA specimen collection (peace-of-mind and chain-of-custody).
- DOT and Non-DOT urine drug screening collections (we do not offer breath alcohol testing).
- Ink fingerprinting.
- Texas commissioned notary public services.
- I-9 authorized representative services.
- Licensed life-insurance consultation and application assistance.
We are not a clinical or forensic laboratory, a law firm, an immigration consultant, a healthcare provider, an employer, a fiduciary, or a financial/tax advisor. We do not practice law, medicine, or accounting.
3. Laboratory results
All sample analysis is performed by independent, accredited third-party laboratories. We collect and transmit samples in accordance with chain-of-custody requirements but are not responsible for laboratory accuracy, interpretation, turnaround time, or the downstream use of results by employers, courts, agencies, or other recipients.
4. Notary services
A Texas notary public verifies the identity of the signer and witnesses the signature. We do not draft, review, explain, or give legal advice on the content, validity, or legal effect of any document. If you need legal advice about a document, consult a licensed attorney.
5. I-9 employment verification
When providing I-9 services, we act solely as the employer's authorized representative for the limited purpose of physically reviewing identity and work-authorization documents and completing Section 2 of Form I-9 at the employer's written direction. We do not determine work eligibility, do not provide immigration advice, and do not use E-Verify on the employer's behalf unless separately contracted in writing. The employer remains the legal employer of record and is solely responsible for I-9 retention, anti-discrimination compliance, E-Verify obligations, and any government audit, fine, or penalty.
6. Life insurance
Life-insurance information on this site is educational only and does not constitute an offer of insurance. Coverage, suitability, premiums, and policy terms are determined by the issuing insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting approval. Nothing on this site creates a binding insurance contract.
7. No professional relationship
Browsing this website, contacting us, or booking an appointment does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, or agent-of-record relationship except as expressly established in a signed written agreement.
8. Accuracy of information you provide
You represent that the identification, photographs, and information you submit are true and refer to you. We may refuse service if we cannot verify your identity or if we have a good-faith belief that documents have been altered or do not belong to you. False statements may be reported to authorities where legally required.
9. Third-party links and services
This site may link to third-party websites, payment processors, or service providers. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third party.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of employment, loss of custody, denial of benefits, denial of insurance coverage, or any other loss arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
12. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this disclaimer or our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void, but the remaining provisions of this disclaimer remain in effect.
13. Assumption of risk (on-site collections)
You acknowledge that DNA, drug-screen, and fingerprint collections involve ordinary risks inherent to specimen collection, ink handling, and on-site presence at homes, offices, hospitals, and detention facilities. You voluntarily assume these ordinary risks. We do not assume responsibility for pre-existing conditions, allergies, or property damage caused by you, your premises, or third parties at the appointment location.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, public-health orders, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility or internet outages, third-party laboratory or carrier failure, or governmental action.
15. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
