PAYMENT NOTICE: DNA testing is paid in full online before the appointment through Square. If mobile service is requested, the travel fee is also collected upfront and is non-refundable once our agent is en route. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID REQUIRED: All participants must upload and present a valid, non-expired U.S. driver's license or government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment — no exceptions. DNA pricing is per test kit and reflects the number of participants analyzed. A standard paternity test compares one alleged father and one child (duo). Including the biological mother (trio) is optional but increases statistical accuracy and is recommended — and sometimes required — for legal/court-admissible cases. Additional participants (extra children, alleged fathers, or relatives for sibling, grandparent, or avuncular studies) are billed per person. Final pricing for complex relationship studies (sibling, grandparent, avuncular) may be quoted separately. All sample analysis is performed by an independent AABB-accredited laboratory; PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services is not responsible for laboratory turnaround time, accuracy, result determinations, or the downstream use of results. Results are sent directly by the laboratory via email. Any prescriptions or medications the participant is currently taking must be disclosed on the intake form so the Medical Review Officer (MRO) can be properly informed. We do not currently offer immigration DNA testing (AABB chain-of-custody), prenatal non-invasive paternity (NIPP), postmortem DNA testing, Y-STR paternal lineage, mitochondrial maternal lineage, or twin zygosity testing.
