Important Legal Disclaimer
PAYMENT NOTICE: Ink Fingerprinting is paid in full online before the appointment through Square. If mobile service is requested, the travel fee is also collected upfront and is non-refundable once our agent is en route. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID REQUIRED: The applicant must upload and present a valid, non-expired U.S. driver's license or government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment — no exceptions. PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services provides traditional ink fingerprint card capture only. We do not submit prints to the FBI, state agencies, or any background-check vendor on your behalf unless separately contracted in writing. We do not determine the suitability, acceptance, or readability of cards by the receiving agency; if a card is rejected by your agency for quality reasons not caused by our negligence, a re-roll fee applies. The applicant is responsible for bringing the correct, agency-issued fingerprint card form. By booking, you agree that our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for this specific fingerprinting appointment.

- Front/back photo of a valid, non-expired government-issued ID
- Live selfie for ID verification
- Checkbox acknowledgment of the Disclaimer, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service
