WHAT WE NOTARIZE: PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services is a Texas-commissioned notary public offering mobile and online (RON) notarial acts on general documents — acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, oaths, general and medical powers of attorney, healthcare directives / advance directives / living wills (signature notarization only — we do not draft documents), parental travel consent, DMV title transfers, and bill of sale. Hospital (bedside), jail / detention-center, and school signings are available. NOTARY LIMIT: Up to 5 notarial acts may be completed in the same appointment. NOTARIAL FEES (Texas statutory maximums): $10.00 per in-person notarial act under Tex. Gov. Code §406.024. $25.00 per online (RON) notarial act under Tex. Gov. Code §406.110. TRAVEL FEES: Travel is the only charge collected upfront at booking for notary appointments and is non-refundable once our agent is en route. Home / office / school: $45. Hospital (bedside): $75. Jail / detention center: $150. Online (RON): no travel fee. Distance outside our core service area may add a mileage adjustment confirmed before dispatch. PAY BEFORE NOTARY ACT: All notarial fees are paid to the agent before the notary act is performed and before any seal is applied. Payment is collected via Square (card-present or Square invoice link) — cash is not accepted. We will not notarize any document until the notarial fee is paid. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID REQUIRED: All signers must upload and present a valid, non-expired U.S. driver's license or government-issued photo ID — front and back — for ID verification. This must be the same unexpired ID uploaded with your booking. No exceptions. PETS MUST BE SECURED before our agent arrives. JAIL & HOSPITAL: Signers are responsible for confirming the facility allows outside notaries and for providing any required visitor or inmate information in advance. We may refuse any notarization that appears coerced, fraudulent, or that we cannot lawfully perform. By booking, you agree that our liability is limited to the fees paid for this appointment.
