PAYMENT NOTICE: I-9 employment verification is paid in full online before the appointment through Square. If mobile service is requested, the travel fee is also collected upfront and is non-refundable once our agent is en route. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID REQUIRED: The employee must upload and present valid, non-expired identity and work-authorization documents from the USCIS List of Acceptable Documents — no exceptions. PreAmptive Ink & Lab Services acts solely as an authorized representative of the employer for the purpose of physically reviewing identity and work-authorization documents and completing Section 2 of Form I-9 at the employer's written direction. We are not an immigration attorney, law firm, or government agency, and we do not provide legal, immigration, HR, or tax advice. We do not determine an employee's eligibility to work in the United States, do not verify the authenticity of documents beyond the reasonable, good-faith standard required by USCIS, and do not use E-Verify on the employer's behalf unless separately contracted in writing. The employer remains the legal employer of record and is solely responsible for the accuracy of Section 1, the I-9 retention period, anti-discrimination compliance (IRCA), E-Verify obligations, and any government audit, fine, or penalty. By booking this service, the employer and employee acknowledge and agree that our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for this specific I-9 appointment.
